Hand’s up if you love chilling by the beach or jumping off a mountain while your business keeps running?

I love automation! I mean Isn’t it beautiful to just cut all your work tasks by 70%?

As 2019 clocks in, I revisited what tools worked for me in 2018 and which tools will continue to give us stress free work life’s as we enjoy another year.

Canva

Canva is one tool I can’t leave without and I haven’t seen any other software that creates stunning graphics like canva.

It’s my go-to whenever I want to create social media posts, marketing banners, charts, and other visuals.

The ease of canva’s drag and drop editor and the choice of 1 million images and templates make it super helpful.

Canva has an improved version that is even more massive. The new version was released just recently and oh how lovely it is.

Canva will continue to keep social media followers stunned and will certainly lead the way through 2019.

Typeform

If your business is fond of creating surveys or quizzes, then Typeform is a must have. This smart software works tirelessly to make sure you create the best courses, quizzes and other forms of listed material.

It’s perfect for marketers and all sorts of project managers.

Pixybay

I just love the stunning pictures pixybay provides. The quality is great with good pixels and a great selection of images to pick from.

I use pixy bay for my blog posts, social media posts, social media ads and for my web content.

Slack

Slack has made it possible for workers across the world to communicate as if they are sited in a boardroom.

The app gathers all contacts in one place and schedules meetings so that Instead of managers reaching out to every member on their team, they can all come on Slack and hold meetings.

This is an app that is here to stay. In 2019, larger numbers of work teams will continue to use slack.

Recoverit Software

Thousands of laptops and phones get damaged or lost every second around the World.

You can never predict when your coffee will spill in your laptop, when your phone will drop or whether your hard drive will crash. But when disaster hits, it’s important that you be prepared.

While you need a powerful and reliable backup, you also need phone, laptop or Mac data recovery software in case it’s overly damaged.

Having a powerful recovery tool handy is like wearing a bulletproof. Recoverit software is great for corrupted SD card recovery. All you do is download the software, scan and recover files.

Mint

Mint is a financial management app. It makes payments, lists your expenses and creates budgets for you.

It’s a beautiful software that does all the financial tracking’s for you while you relax and focus on everything else.

It even tracks unusual expenses or charges to your account and tracks your credit score so that you keep in check.

MailChimp

MailChimp has amazing features that build your email list.  MailChimp has been around for some time and although there are new tools like Convert kit trying to challenge it, Mailchimp still wins the test.

MailChimp also has a good pricing that fits all pockets.

Calendly

Calendly is a scheduling software that helps plan your work.

It’s cool because it saves you the time of writing notes, making calls, sending out emails or setting reminders on your phone the traditional way.

The app creates appointment types and shows availability on your calendar. Your job is to send the calendar to whoever wants to book an appointment with you and they will choose an appropriate available time on the calendar.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is the most used web analytics software on the internet. It helps you track metrics such as your web traffic and results from marketing strategies.

It’s a free web analytics service and is very accurate.

It’s great for tracking your customer’s activity on your website.

People per hour

People per hour is an outsourcing platform that connects buyers with sellers. Although Upwork is known as the biggest outsourcing platform on the web, People per hour is the most reliable.

People per hour is a little pricier which helps because professional more proficient workers register there.

You can outsource almost any talent from there. Blog and copywriters, website developers, transcribers etc.

The other beautiful thing is that you can hold both a seller and buyer account so that while you buy services, you can equally sell your services.
