I am a mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, published author, life coach, & child advocate of wellbeing and healing.  I changed my water and changed my life and became all prescribed drug-free in 2010. I have written many blogs on how to improve the health and wellbeing by eating God's healing plants instead of medication which had many side effects causing me to have to keep taking medications to cure what another medication was usually the cause of having to be prescribed another medication and just got sick and tired of being sick and tired and weened myself off and changed food as my medication and I feel better, have more energy, more alert. When I stopped all medications including OTC I began reading, research writing, volunteering and walking every day.  The older I get I make it a requirement to give back by volunteering, exercising regularly and serving others with my God-given talents.
