Trys Reddick

Mental Health awareness trainer

Trys Reddick is the founder of Passionate Lives, an organisation that seeks to raise awareness of mental health issues and reduce the stigma.

Trys was diagnosed with Agoraphobia, OCD and Social Phobia aged 12 and spent the next 10 years as a recluse before conquering his fears. He then emigrated to Australia from the UK where he has spent the last 10 years working in community services and education, supporting people with mental health issues into recovery. He co-founded the Kwinana and Rockingham Alliance against Depression, a grassroots group that aims to reduce suicide rates by using an evidence based 4 pillar approach.
