Trish Barillas has been a Life Coach for over a decade coaching on areas of anxiety within life, love and career. Barillas has been frequently published in MindBodyGreen, The Observer, Fortune and most recently The New York Times. Trish is the author of the first ever Instabook @afaceofanxiety an autobiography of her journey living with anxiety/panic disorder. Her book was released in July 2017 across digital platforms as well as paperback.

The Guatemalan-American has a strong passion for helping others. Barillas is the founder of 3GS Charity (Gifts and Goals for Guatemala) where she helps raise funds for rural villages in Guatemala, as well as her participation in mentorships with New York City high school students. Trish likes to call herself a “Goal Pusher” and a creator of positive change.
