Tiffany is a dedicated leader passionate about creating sustainable social impact through innovation but more importantly, empowering people. She is the youngest on record to receive the 2019 Greater Philadelphia Social Innovation Award, and also been recognized by Generocity, Social Innovation Journal, Philadelphia Citizen, SiriusXM, Wharton Business Radio, and Penn News as a leader of social entrepreneurship. Tiffany launched Fulphil and also Hult Prize Ivy with the goal of empowering the youth to pursue careers of impact through exposing them to social entrepreneurship. Fulphil is established in 10+ university campuses, has engaged 800+ students, and has generated 50+ startup ideas since launching July 2018. Hult Prize Ivy has inspired 1,500+ students after launching 2017. She recently began a podcast Let's Talk Impact which will debut March 2018. Tiffany attended the University of Pennsylvania and pursued her B.A. in Sociology in 2018 and M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership in 2019 with the intent of thoroughly understanding societal problems and taking the initiative to solve them.
