Tiffany believes the table should be a place of passion, joy, deliciousness, and nourishment. After experiencing burnout, she left her corporate career in Washington D.C. to move to Italy, earn her Master's degree in Gastronomy, and learn first-hand about good food cultures. She understands the demands of life on women who are trying to do it all and she uses her experience to help busy women heal their relationship with food. Back in the States, Tiffany is on a mission to help people reclaim their relationship with the table, life, and themselves. You can find her at www.foodpassionproject.com.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
