A few years ago, when Thatcher's attention was constantly being redirected to address issues with his business, his family, and his health, he started to wonder if there was a better way to stay focused, be more productive, and less stressed. The Twelve Monotasks is the result of Thatcher's research into neuroscience, productivity, and mindfulness.
