Tanya Koshowski is a collaborative leader dedicated to encouraging people to be better together. She has built her career around a passion for empowering people, organizations and communities to be the best they can be to achieve impactful goals.
In working with businesses, NPOs, and community partners, Tanya’s People Centred Leadership (PCL) model is transforming leaders and organizations by encouraging greater sustainable change through real, purposeful actions. Her workshops, speaking opportunities, and one-on-one custom coaching offer tools for leaders to bridge communication gaps, and encourage more trusting, engaged, and effective teams.
For the past 6 years, in her role as Executive Director of Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids, a leading non-profit organization, she has used PCL’s practical skills to empower her team to create meaningful action by engaging people in the community to care for and provide healthy lunches to kids who would otherwise go hungry.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
