Sonja Franzmann is a coach for women that want to feel absolutely fabulous in their bodies. Her unique approach takes freedom lovers on an unconventional path to greater energy, joy, and confidence.

A graduate of the Nutrition program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and the Personal Fitness Training Program at Mount Royal University, Sonja has helped thousands skyrocket their health, energy, body image, and confidence over the past 12 years.

Her signature program Body & Mind Redefined helps women feel absolutely fabulous in their bodies, as they create a lifestyle that feels like freedom, not restriction. Sonja also offers a 6 week online program for women called Burnt Out to Blissed Out.

Sonja has made multiple media appearances on TV, in magazines, online national newspapers, websites, and podcasts. They include Breakfast TV, Global TV, Chatelaine, Canadian Living, and The Globe. She currently lives in Calgary, Canada.
