Academically Siobhan holds a First Class Honours B.A. in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Mindfulness and Wellbeing, is a Master NLP Practitioner, a Certified Life Coach and Mediator, is a Certified Personal Trainer and is furthering her academic career studying for a Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. In 2010 Siobhan established her clinic, working with clients and began delivering bespoke workshops, seminars and motivational keynote speeches on Behavioural Change, Resilience and how to combat Burnout to companies, conferences and events globally. In 2017 her focus turning to coaching and as a Resilience Life Coach, Former Psychotherapist and Motivational Speaker, Siobhan is helping female entrepreneurs around the world to re-ignite their self-worth, build resilience and grow into their full potential. Siobhan is regularly interviewed on her view point as a Resilience Coach and Burnout Specialist for print media, radio and television,  most recently she was commissioned as an expert to work on the TV documentary, Stressed, which aired on RTE1 May 2018. 2018 saw Siobhan become a best-selling author on a collaborative book with 9 other female entrepreneurs.   January 2019 Siobhan had her first book, 'The Burnout Solution, 12 weeks to a Calmer You' published and is available globally in print and ebook.
