Sheryl Langley

FIT36 Owner
Sheryl Langley is a certified personal trainer and FIT36® studio owner in Denver, Colorado. FIT36 combines the science of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training) to give participants an effective workout in only 36 minutes per day. Circuits are run for two weeks at a time. This allows the body to create muscle memory and go from unable, to able, to expert on movements quickly. Then, once a microcycle is conquered, FIT36 shakes up the circuit and starts a new one. FIT36 is one of the fastest growing HIIT franchises in the United States, and Langley has contributed to the brand’s positive growth. She has an extensive background in the health and fitness space, including owning a fitness studio overseas.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
