Ntathu Allen is an Author and Inner Peace Trainer. She teaches thoughtful, smart working women who are overwhelmed and shoulder responsibility from all directions simple inner peace practices to reduce stress that they can use anywhere, anytime so they can restore calm, clarity and balance to their day-without avoiding, numbing out or burning out.

Ntathu believes we deserve to live in a peaceful, kind and caring world so that our children can grow strong foundations and build a better world. She knows that while most women know the importance of inner peace and happiness - women do too much and feel the weight of societal judgement expecting them to do and be it all. It is Ntathu's mission to support working women feel better so they can get through the day with more calmness, clarity, and inner peace.
