As someone who has lived the life of a software engineer and a manager in corporate settings, Sharmin understands the challenges first hand and speaks the language of the engineers. Sharmin’s clientele includes Executives and Senior Managers at Microsoft, Expedia, Boeing, and Amazon. Sharmin has an MS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has written over 50 articles to date on leadership and personal growth. Born and raised in Bangladesh, Sharmin lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and their young daughter.
