Sharmin has an MS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has written over 50 articles to date on leadership and personal growth. Born and raised in Bangladesh, Sharmin lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and their young daughter.
