Serena Bartolucci Rubino
A Boston native with over a decade of professional experience in NYC, Serena began her career in recruiting right after graduating from Dickinson College. After building her recruiting experience –first on the agency side and then in-house at AOL – for the first segment of her career, Serena branched out to the world of PR and communications. She has since held roles at L’Oreal, Group SJR, and Brew Media Relations, which sharpened her skills as a service-oriented professional and thoughtful communications strategist. Her unique blend of experience provided exposure to a wide range of company cultures – an element she finds to be of utmost importance while job-searching! Serena returned to recruiting in 2015 and joined the Clarity team to pursue her true passions for helping people navigate their career paths, examining corporate cultures and delivering top talent to top companies. In 2018, Serena grew into Clarity’s Director of Communications. She is now dedicated to the development and execution of strategic PR, Marketing and thought leadership initiatives for Clarity, while keeping a pulse on trends and hot topics in recruiting.
In her spare time, Serena enjoys networking, exploring NYC, traveling, challenging herself to cook new creations from her weekly CSA, and training for marathons.
