Before long Austin was selected for Justin.TV and went on to star in the Reality TV show "Startups Silicon Valley" on BRAVO documenting her life as the founder of an AI company.

Having seen Silicon Valley firsthand, Austin is also the founder of Coding FTW. Coding FTW is a non profit organisation established to assess and address the gender divide that is so prevalent in the technology industry.
