Samantha is a Physiotherapist specialising in Spinal Health and Wellbeing. She graduated from University of Norwich, U.K., is a qualified Pilates and Yoga teacher and now works with patients to treat persistent back pain from all aspects including; lifestyle, exercise, and cognitive functional therapy.
Samantha has contributed to London Wellbeing Conferences, Corporate Health, and has featured in Women's Running magazine. She created GLO Wellbeing to start sharing the information her patients are craving. Samantha's mission is to shift thinking away from negative back pain thinking into joyful, fearless wellbeing.
