I was born and raised in Vermont where I was a competitive tennis player, golfer and skier. I attended Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina where I studied Sports Management and played #1 on the tennis team. A move to Miami, FL prompted a career change and I began a 10 year stint in the field of commercial real estate. Upon moving to San Francisco in 2013, I decided to follow a long-time passion of mine and become a personal trainer.
Having played tennis at a high level for most of my life, I developed a real passion for the training and fitness that went along with it.
When I moved west in 2013, I saw an opportunity to finally put this passion to use helping others by becoming a personal trainer. In 2017 I decided to expand my wellness practice to increase my impact; I am now a speaker, thought leader, and an author. In 2018 I founded The Unbreakable Human Collective where my mission is to impact 1 billion humans. In addition to that I serve as a Managing Director and the Chief Culture Officer for Five To Flow, LLC; a global collective that builds integrative organizational wellness solutions designed to achieve and sustain peak performance.
I spent 38 years of my life hoping that the world would save me and it wasn’t until I deeply believed that that was my job and only my job did I finally figure who I really am. Now my mission is to help others find that belief in themselves.
Right now I have never felt more like myself and know myself deeper, and because of this idea, I was able to break free from so much pain, self-limiting belief and I realized my purpose in life.
