Salman is a Program Director for Business & Professional Studies at University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. He has Master’s degree in Engineering and a Doctorate in Human Resources Development; he has studied at Aligarh Muslim University (India) San Jose State University (USA) and XLRI/Academy of Human Resource Development (India). Salman has worked in Industry and academic institutions in India, U.S.A, U.A.E, and Canada, in program development, quality assurance, institutional effectiveness, strategic planning and accreditation. He is deeply interested in the work of Not-for Profit organizations and social enterprises.
