Sally Donovan is a first-time writer from Toronto, Canada. She is whole heartily a mother of two amazing girls and one fur-baby, but a walking dichotomy between numbers and words.
After graduating with a mathematics degree a few years ago (okay, give or take a couple of decades) she established a career in database marketing and analytics. All the while balancing her most important role - being a Mom. After her idealistic and planned life became derailed, (marriage breakdown followed by corporate division shut down) she took the universe's SUBTLE hint and hit the reset button.
She decided to take the opportunity to follow her very insistent creative side, and passion of sharing unsolicited thoughts, to well, anyone who will listen. Noticing she was not the only woman dealing with major life "butt kicks," she was inspired to use her personal insights, fictional degree in sarcasm, and knowledge that women appreciate support and validation, to provide just that.
She is currently on a mission to write books to share that support wrapped in some humour, as women use the benefits of journalling to help them through some life transitions; ultimately finding their YOU after...
