Sacha Stewart is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher, Kinesiologist and Mind Body Medicine Practitioner.

She leads regular meditation classes at some of Melbourne's most highly respected studios, as well as running her Kinesiology practice.

She facilitates workshops for businesses, creating programs for them to increase their teams wellbeing, and bring mindfulness into their daily lives. In addition she leads small groups to develop increased personal awareness and a sense of balance.

She is accredited by Meditation Australia, and holds Diplomas in Kinesiology, Mind Body Medicine, and Wellness Coaching.
