Ruth C. White, PhD, MPH, MSW is a stress management expert and the author of The Stress Management Workbook: De-stress in 10 minutes or less. She is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work at the University of Southern California. Inspired by her own journey with bipolar disorder, she is a mental health activist and advocate who focuses on eliminating mental health stigma, expanding mental health services, and works with organizations to create healthier and happier workplaces and workforces by building emotional resilience and reducing stress, burnout and compassion fatigue.
