Russ Speiller is a principal engineer and intrapreneur in P&G Ventures, a start-up studio within The Procter and Gamble Company that empowers its employees to be founders while working with entrepreneurs to create new brands, technologies, and business models. Deeply curious about both science and the personal stories of everyone he meets, Russ has spent his 21 year P&G career innovating new products to improve the lives of everyone around him. Russ has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where he greatly enjoyed his time writing for The Pennsylvania Triangle.
