Rama is an IBM technical leader in digital commerce and marketing platforms helping global clients with their digital transformation journeys. He grew up in Kolkata, India and travel all over for work and leisure. He has spent a few years in UK, Germany and currently in the US. He holds very open and liberal views of the world and life. He loves to feel like a global citizen and believes that all humans are born equal. He hates any sort of discrimination, specially ones based on gender, nationality, religion. He believes all corporations should focus on creating happy employees. Create happy employees who they will create happy clients for a corporation. He also thinks all corporations should incorporate health and mindfulness programs for all round happiness of employees.
He has 2 girls - 15 and 13, who are junior tennis players in TX.
