I am Pooja Shrivastava, my education and experience as an MBA in Healthcare and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources where I learned to research organizational culture. These give me an edge to understand the work environment and its challenges. In addition to my past industry experience (hospital administrator), I teach working professionals, who continually deepen my understanding of the stress they face in their work life.

I am a certified coach for leadership development by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith. Also for fifteen years, I have facilitated stress-resilience workshops with the International Association of Human Values.
