Phil is a generalist by admission with a passion for ideas and thinking that enhance interpersonal communication.  Including his current role, which lasts another 10 months, Phil by choice has spent the past five years working in a broad range of senior government roles varying from one to eighteen months in duration.  This includes managing enterprise corporate service functions, as a senior adviser to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, managing the regulation of professional boxing and combat sports and public health sector performance and governance roles.  Earlier career roles in the Royal Air Force, Policing and a UK Embassy overseas provide for a solid experience of working with all kinds of people with many different styles of communication.
