Dr Oscar Segurado is an author, neuroscience and immunology researcher passionate for psycho neuro immunology, studying how the interaction of our mind with the nervous and immune systems affects our well-being. I have developed a free-forever program and visualization practice called ‘mindful framing’ to control anxiety. The practitioner visualizes and memorizes the practice in 3 steps: First, watching a 15 min video, then just listening and subsequently visualizing these mental images in silence with the eyes closed while maintaining a rhythmic breathing.
