I am a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner for the UK NHS  and Social Media Doodle Therapist.

I support people with mental health difficulties using a Psychological therapy called CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).This is a practical,  coping strategy based approach to adopting healthier thinking styles and behaviors.
