Natalie is the founder of Mindful Wellness, www.nataliebell.com, a training and coaching platform to help people find their own source of calm, clarity, and real happiness. She works with individuals and companies with a focus on awareness and self-compassion to be able to find greater resilience and well being. Natalie's approach brings the benefits of meditation into the practical realm of our daily lives teaching us to discover balance and peace in a common sense, relatable manner. She teaches the skills of compassionate awareness to become your own best ally. Natalie has been practicing mindful awareness and meditation since 1985 and lived in an ashram for a year dedicating herself to intensive practice of meditation and self-compassion. She teaches programs nationally and works with varied groups including physicians, healthcare teams, corporate groups and teachers. Natalie is a certified mindfulness instructor for UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center, MARC, and a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion, MSC, developed by Drs Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer. She offers MSC at the Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles and serves on the MSC Healthcare Advisory Board. Natalie also teaches and is the Director of Corporate Programs for Unplug Meditation studio in Los Angeles.
