Mita Mallick

Head of Diversity & Cross Cultural Marketing

I write about the opportunities and challenges of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in the workplace.

My purpose is centered around empowering those who feel excluded to help them find their voice. I write and speak around the country on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Cross-Cultural Marketing. In addition to a track record of transforming culture, I am a passionate storyteller with an extensive career in marketing in beauty and consumer product goods.

I currently serve on WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) Black Women Think Tank. I am an advisory board member of Luminary, a collaboration hub for women in NYC.
