Mira Kaddoura is Founder & ECD of Red & Co, a strategic creative agency that helps clients discover untapped opportunities to grow. Red & Co.’s first project was creating Made with Code, one of Google’s most important and ambitious marketing efforts to date. Since then, Red & Co. has helped Lululemon define its brand strategy and created, developed and launched a film discovery platform called Feelm that changes the way we search. She has worked in advertising for 17 years, 10 of which were at Wieden+Kennedy, both in the US and UK, where she created Nike I Feel Pretty, Nike Body Parts campaign, The Girl Effect: Clock is Ticking among many others. Her work has received numerous awards including Gold and Silver Lions at Cannes, TED’s Ads Worth Spreading, D&AD Yellow and White Pencils, Gold Effies, Clios, Communications Arts and Webbys. Her recent TED Talk, "How women can change the world by asking ‘why not me?’” sums up a lot of her thoughts about the world we live in. Born in Egypt, and raised between Canada and Lebanon, she credits her husband, family, yoga and conceptual art projects for keeping her sane in the crazy world of advertising.
