Michelle Wilonski is a Life, Health, and Mindfulness Coach, Reiki Master, and Meditation Teacher. She is the creator of The Six Pillars of Wellness as well as her Alignment Programs and The Guide to Mastering Mindfulness. Michelle graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Wellness from Southern Connecticut State University and Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
