Wuf Shanti, Yoga Dog for Kids

https://www.wufshanti.com
Wuf Shanti is an adorable dog yoga character that travels the world sharing yoga, meditation, & mindfulness with kids through fun games & music. Shanti means peace. Wuf Shanti promotes health, wellness, & happiness in children, and encourages peace & positivity. Created by a kid for other kids, this character teaches yoga & meditation in a fun way for kids to learn a mindful yogic lifestyle. Wuf Shanti videos are currently on the Children's TV Network in children's hospitals across the country & internationally, and on local PBS stations. Videos can also be seen on the mindful mobile app, Wuf Shanti's Yoga Fun Machine, along with yogic-music and games. Common Sense Media named the app in "Best Health Apps and Games for Kids." Wuf Shanti visits children's hospitals, schools, yoga studios, festivals, & charitable organizations. Wuf Shanti was awarded the Mom's Choice Awards for "Best Family-friendly Media, Products, and Services." Our intentions for Wuf Shanti are to teach kids to live in peace & gratitude, spread kindness, let go of stress, & deal with emotions in better ways so they grow up to be less depressed & anxious teenagers & happier peace-loving adults, & to help kids learn to think positively every day because science tells us that yoga, meditation, & positive thinking can help the healing process. People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
