Psychologist turned Business Developer and Founder, now re-turning Psychologist

Having pursued BSc in Psychology followed by MSc in Organisational Psychology, I have always been interested in helping people and companies develop, grow and thrive, bringing out the best in them. At that time I was also excited about the emerging technology and curious about the growing startup scene, so I joined a digital innovation agency in London which I helped to grow to large enterprise clients. I loved it but eventually got myself into a mild depression. When I became aware what I was going through I noticed this was a common pattern in both startups and corporates. My interest in Positive Psychology helped me realise I want to use it as a foundation to help people like myself, former colleagues and clients to become self-aware and in sync with our own emotions, focusing on savoring and flourishing to live fulfilling and healthy lives. Why do we exercise rigorously and watch so carefully what we put in our mouths while neglecting our minds and mental health? I'm now on a mission to coach as many people to stay mentally fit and active.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
