A senior professional with a total of 25 years experience. I have worked in Australia and the UK ; across IT in the vendor, channel and distribution spaces with large Global brands. I have vast cross-industry experience having supported the delivery of projects in both state and federal government departments, higher education institutions, financial services firms and the commercial sector.

Since 2008 I have focused on Professional Services where I work with predominantly with C level executives as a trusted adviser gaining an understanding of the strategy and challenges within an organisation from the top down. I am a natural problem solver with a unique insight and an innate ability to provide innovative and creative solutions and services to clients.

Over the years I have helped many clients achieve efficient, productive and cost effective outcomes, having worked with a range of clients providing, account management, business development, facilitation and mediation, service delivery, and strategically advising clients across solutions and best practice.

My strengths are honed in understanding people not just what they say but what they don’t say and focusing on a positive resolution for everyone. Change is a key component to my skill set, I have a keen understanding of human nature where I am able to apply my skills of conflict resolution, mediation and finding a peaceful way to move forward for successful outcomes.
