Before starting her own companies, Marcelle Yeager did her fair share of job searching and career exploration. She spent five years in strategic communications at APCO Worldwide, a Washington, D.C. public affairs firm and Booz Allen Hamilton. She also worked as a civilian at the Department of Defense and in public affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Marcelle has worked abroad for over six years, including in Russia and Chile. In 2012, she launched Career Valet, now a premier provider of career services for mid- and senior-level professionals that helps launch them to the next level of their career. In 2015, Marcelle co-founded ServingTalent, the first recruiting agency that places U.S. foreign service and military spouses with employers who need to find diverse, exceptional talent quickly.
Marcelle holds an MBA from the University of Maryland College Park and a BA from Georgetown University.
