Till date, she has addressed over 2500 people on the benefits of living a stress-free life and taught 35 Happiness Workshops by The Art of Living transforming people’s lives for the better. She has a happy marriage of 7 years and stays in India with her husband. She has an active publication on Medium titled Mad Over Meditation.
