The goal that I have set for myself is work towards "Education for Everyone". I work with NGO's in India and contribute my time, knowledge and experience to children and adults who are at the beginning of their careers. PureIndia is one such organization & is always looking for motivated and knowledgeable professionals who can guide, mentor, coach the youngsters to be able to excel in their jobs and also be better citizens. My two big passions are People and Education. I am at my best when I can combine these two to produce amazing results. I am intrigued by ideas & innovations but strive on execution to see them come to life. Building, developing and growing teams have always been on top of my list in all my roles. Using Education as the medium to connect with the younger generation has helped me engage with them in a more meaningful way. Apart from being a Faculty, Coach, Mentor to aspiring Sales Professionals @ SAP, I also coach and mentor students (back home in India) virtually.
SAP is always at the forefront of Innovation and uses that to provide our customers with insights and partner with them to address business challenges. SAP's Industry experience and knowledge helps connect with customers in all Industries and size. There is always something new and exciting happening at SAP that has inspired and motivated me to think outside the box and bring my best self to work everyday.
My current role, Sales Faculty @ SAP allows me to share my experience at SAP with budding Sales Professionals to kick start their careers. Having 20 years of experience in customer engagements helps me provide insights and learnings that the young minds can benefit from when they face customers in their daily life. Also being a people manager allows me to connect, empathize, understand and guide them not only from customer perspective but also building their brand and presenting themselves internally at SAP.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
