A former Director of Recruiting at an $18B corporation and a lifelong high-performer, Luisa is accomplished in every sense of the word. But it wasn’t until she stepped off of the corporate hamster wheel that she realized all of her running wasn’t getting her where she wanted to be.

Never scared to try, Luisa took a leap by starting her own practice, in which she nearly broke $100K within her first year in business despite only having a four-month runway.
