Louise Chester 

Louise has practiced mindfulness for over 25 years. It helped her retain equanimity and balance, while sustaining pressured leadership roles in the financial sector. In 2010, she founded Mindfulness at Work, which has been a trusted advisor to over 200 organisations.  And since 2015 she has been the UK Partner for Potential Project. Her work is focussed on enabling personal and business excellence through behavioural and cultural change founded on evidence-based mind training.   Louise has also contributed to two recently published Harvard Business Press publications, ‘Conscious Capitalism – the Workbook’ and Potential Project’s ‘The Mind of the Leader’.
