Lorraine Miller is a certified health coach, award-winning author, and sought-after speaker for all things gratitude. Combining her work with her passion, Lorraine embraces her role as Chief Gratitude Officer for the planet. For more than seven years, Lorraine struggled to become a mother, a journey that at one time caused her chronic stress, fatigue, depression and despair. But in early 2010, she began keeping a gratitude journal, a tool she says is “a true gift from the universe, and the one thing that allowed me to turn everything around in my life. I kept looking for something to help me with my struggle. I didn’t want to be in emotional pain any more.” Lucky for her, the universe showed up and gave her a tool that continues to provide her with peace, joy, and “moments of bliss.” Lorraine is the author of several books including the best-selling journal, From Gratitude to Bliss: A Journey in Health and Happiness and National Geographic’s, A Year Of Daily Gratitude: A Guided Journal for Creating Thankfulness Every Day. Her work has been featured in Dr. Oz The Good Life magazine and NBC’s Daytime Columbus, among others. Lorraine is also the creator of the Gratitude to Bliss mobile app. Lorraine lives on the north shore of Long Island with her husband Daniel and their young son, Milo. She is a nature-loving foodie who enjoys cooking, biking, snowboarding, making art, learning piano and playing with her son. Lorraine is also a certified reflexologist, reiki master, and ordained interfaith minister, and is a former art director and graphic designer. Visit her at GratitudeToBliss.com.
