Lauren is a Mental Performance Coach who helps individuals and teams/organizations in sport, exercise, and performance in New York City and worldwide more consistently perform to potential. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Previously she was an Associate Professor in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology at Barry University in Miami, Florida as well as the Coordinator for Sport Psychology services for the Barry athletics department. She has co-edited two books on applied practice and training/supervision, given numerous presentations and served as a guest speaker nationally and internationally, and has conducted research on many areas, such as burnout in collegiate coaches, the experience of competing in an ultra endurance race, and expert performance in SWAT police officers and critical care nurses.
