Kym Siddons is a physiotherapist on a mission…

...to empower everyday people to maximise their health and wellbeing at their desks, by educating them in good ergonomics, great posture and targetted exercises!

For many years she worked and travelled with elite athletes and is an experienced APA Sports Physiotherapist.

Now also a mum of 3, when Kym moved with her husband and young family to Adelaide (Australia) a few years ago, she started working in a sports injury clinic in the city…

Working family-friendly hours saw her applying her expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation to the ‘occupational athletes’ she now saw streaming in from surrounding offices.

She noticed that desk workers also suffered from overuse injuries, just of a different nature.

Kym got her certification in Occupational Health Physiotherapy and combined all her skills to educate and inspire her deskworker clients, with amazing results…

She was astounded by the impact that her ergonomic education and encouragement, regular posture changes, specific exercises and practical advice made…

It drastically in reduced people’s pain, improved their posture, boosted their metabolism, their health and their outlook on life.

Now she is committed to spreading the message further to help more people…

To help them journey towards less pain and stiffness, better posture and flexibility, improved metabolism and concentration and to combat the serious side-effects of sitting at a desk!

“I want more people to discover how little things, done regularly, can literally change their life”. Kym Siddons, Physio

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
