In a previous life, Kym was a science and travel writer but, it is within powering up wellbeing where she currently thrives as a writer and teacher. Bringing together her experience gained from teaching creative meditation workshops in museums and art galleries and, her creative skills as a writer, meditation teacher and improvisation performer.
