Kirsten Lee Hill, Ph.D.

Self-love Activist. Researcher. Connector. Free Spirit. Yoga Educator.

I am an entrepreneur. In 2016, after graduating with my Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, I started an education consulting business. My goal is to build partnerships; to seek to understand not only “what” works to improve education, but how it works; and to inspire educators and students to be empowered innovators and creators of their educational experiences and lives. I love my work and have fun collaborating with people on everything from research studies to program development. I am also a yogi and mindfulness advocate, and serve as the Director of Development for Project Peaceful Warriors, a New Orleans-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing yoga and mindfulness tools to our schools and communities. Whether I’m working with organizations or individuals ... it’s all about Self-Love. And, for me, self-love is the pineapple. Grow 🌱 Be strong and firm when you must 💪🏼. Be compassionate always. And WEAR YOUR CROWN. 👑 You have a light ✨ + a gift 🎁 to share with the world, be brave + flaunt it 💃

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
