Kevin Jooste is an Industrial Psychologist, an avid explorer of the human consciousness, and is focused on the optimisation of human potential in personal and secular settings. Kevin has a great passion for the actualisation of talent in both secular and educational settings and is driven towards results focused change-enablement to assist people in overcoming mental, physical and psychological blockages that are limiting them from being "fully you".

Kevin is driven towards assisting individuals in their process of introspection and self-awareness and is a personal and secular mentor in the tertiary educational sector. Kevin has experience in higher education and industrial settings and promotes a practical synergy between theory and practice in his lectures and workshops. He also has conducted research into the field of success in higher education with reference to the factors of fluid intelligence and emotional outcomes and the impact that the synergy of such factors has on consequent academic success in higher education.

Driven by his personal motto "developing tomorrow's talent - today" Kevin aims to challenge the norms, and break the current limitations of education, psychology and accepted workplace practices, such, that the leaders of tomorrow are free thinking, revolutionary beings, who are ready to embrace the endless source of opportunity that lies before them.
