Kenneth F. Eichner has a legacy of powerful courtroom victories. He is a former prosecutor and public defender, and is one of Colorado’s premier trial lawyers. He has practiced criminal law for over 30 years and has over 140 jury trials. He represents individual clients and corporations in criminal prosecutions, regulatory investigations, grand juries, and internal investigations. Ken has not lost a federal jury trial against the Department of Justice or any county court jury trial involving domestic violence since 1998.
In 2017, he successfully blocked indictments relating to the Clinton email investigation and obtained dismissals of sexual assault charges against four individuals. These accomplishments led to Ken's nomination for the Denver Bar Association’s Award of Merit, which recognizes attorneys for outstanding contributions and services rendered in the administration of justice.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
