Katrina Firlik, MD, is a neurosurgeon-turned-entrepreneur and author of Another Day in the Frontal Lobe: A Brain Surgeon Exposes Life on the Inside. After practicing neurosurgery for several years in Greenwich, Connecticut, and serving on the clinical faculty at Yale, Katrina co-founded the digital health company, HealthPrize Technologies. In addition to serving as Chief Medical Officer of HealthPrize, she is working on her second book, a novel. Katrina lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
