Katia is a writer and expat transition coach. A researcher and policy analyst by training, she writes on cross-cultural adaptation and the rewards and challenges of expatriate life. She is the author of A Great Move: Surviving and Thriving in Your Expat Assignment(LID Publishing, 2018) and numerous articles, published in the Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, Thrive Global and Medium, among others. As a coach, Katia helps expatriates and globally mobile professionals navigate geographical, career or relationship transitions. In addition to coaching, she does training, custom workshops, guest writing/blogging and public speaking.
