Self Care Guide and Consultant


Kandice Cole is a self-care guide, consultant, and writer.

Kandice attended the University of Chicago, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s in Teaching.  After leaving the formal classroom, she discovered new ways to utilize her teaching skills, consulting with various nonprofit and higher education organizations.

Throughout her career and entrepreneurial journey, Kandice has experienced exhaustion and burnout. She has become committed to practicing self-care and using it as a  catalyst to expand her own creative capacity.  She designs and facilitates experiences for busy people to practice self-care they can sustain in everyday life.

Kandice's writing has been featured online at Tiny Buddha, Wild Sister Magazine, Having Time, 30 Second Mom, and many others. She is currently working on a fiction novel and recently participated in the Hurston Wright Foundation Writer’s Workshop.

Kandice lives in the Houston area with her husband and daughter.
