Slow traveler and entrepreneur, Co-Producer of LaVidaWithWings.com

In 2015 I turned my life upside down and shook it out. I left the nest really empty after ending a long term marriage. I sold or donated anything that wouldn't fit into my trusty Honda CRV with 95,000 miles on the odometer, and traveled solo for 18 months throughout the US, LatAm, Iceland and the UK. I read the blogs of other people who were making a living working on the internet - so called "digital nomads". My soul said - chase that for awhile.

At the same time, my heart was being chased by a guapo Scorpio, a native son of Mexico City, who I had met in Northern California. Eventually we moved to Mexico City, a life long dream come true for me. After almost 2 years in that incredible town, we now live and work full time as digital nomads, co-producing the blog LaVidaWithWings.com. I also run an online business that teaches female entrepreneurs how to transform their business and max out their brand equity with video.

Our stories center around a powerful potion for midlife wellness: downsizing stuff, controlling your own schedule, being crazy attracted to your partner, learning a new language, eating local foods, spending time in nature, and supporting local businesses and communities.
